Please go to our Return Portal with your order information to complete the return process. A return instruction email with a return label attached will be generated by the system after your return is approved. Please use the label for shipping the returned items to us. 

To simplify your returns process, please submit your return request and purchase a return label at NZD 13.00 via our New Zealand returns portal, then drop it in your nearest post box or take it to a local post shop.
