Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please note that all parcels are sent via Australia Post. The estimated delivery time for express shipping is 1-3 business days in most areas, while standard shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days. It’s important to remember that these delivery times are estimations and may vary.

At Sage and Paige, we strive to ship all orders on the same day if they are placed before 2:00 PM AEST (Sydney time) on a business day. For orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays, shipping will take place on the next business day. Kindly note that shipping days do not include public holidays, and there may be occasional delays during high-volume or sale periods.

Please be aware that once the package leaves our warehouse, we have limited control over its journey. Therefore, Sage and Paige cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, particularly during peak periods, or for any missing, damaged, or stolen parcels. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

It is essential to provide accurate shipping information during checkout as Sage and Paige cannot reimburse or replace missing, damaged, or stolen parcels due to incorrect shipping details. If a parcel is returned to us and you wish to arrange redelivery, the postage fee will be the customer’s responsibility.
